What we make

Wind blade moulds and plugs

Blade moulds, root inserts, plugs and repair tooling. A printed and milled mould replaces weeks of hand pattern making.

Marine hull plugs and deck moulds

Plugs and deck moulds for yards building workboats, pilot boats and tenders. Four weeks instead of twelve.

Aerospace layup tooling

Layup tools, jigs, assembly fixtures and checking gauges. Printed near net, then milled to tolerance.

Uncrewed vessel hulls

Hulls printed in one piece, with the mounts, bulkheads and payload bay built around the customer hardware.

Send a drawing

A hull line plan, a mould drawing or a STEP file. Tell us the target quantity and the date you need it.

We convert it for print

Design for Additive Manufacturing. You keep the engineering. We own the print engineering and the finishing plan.

First article, then series

You approve the first part. Then we hold a rate. You buy parts, never machine hours.

We print, finish and ship. Fixed price per part, quoted against a drawing and a quantity.

Put the cell next to your plant

At volume a shared floor is the wrong answer. We site a dedicated printing cell beside your hall. We own it, we run it, you buy parts out of it. Your queue, your drawings, your jurisdiction.
